Overall, agree. But who knows. The Soviets used to be very good at using "studies in contrasts". They would carry on in very nasty language for so long that every time they would say something in friendlier tones many Westerners would immediately fall in love - and argue that they are evolving into a Socialism with a "human face". Any niceties coming out of Iran would tend to be overrated... and probably could be bought (and sold) for far more than what they're worth.
