TO ALL COULD ANYONE VENTURE A GUESS AS TO HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TXN TO PAY OFF SHARES NOT TENDERED AFTER THE DEAL GOES THRU. THERE IS A COST TO NOT HAVING ACCESS TO ONES MONEY FOR AN UNDETERMINED AMOUNT OF TIME. THE TAX ADVANTAGE COULD BE NICE BUT IF THE TIME GETS TO LONG IT MAY NOT BE WORTH IT.
