Marconni shares halted, this seems to be reason for the pressure on techs today, volume extremely light.
One more C stock been on a nice rally is ECRU. Up 350% this year, expect more upside as the industry of on-line recruiting continues to consolidate. ECRU has picked up or merged with 4 US companies this year to date.
