Bill - I believe you're correct about company insiders having a "window" during which they can sell their stock, and there are certain periods during which they can't. Raker would seemingly have conveniently side-stepped this by selling in advance of a "pre-announcement" about Q4 earnings, and not the earnings themselves.

However, as I mentioned, I don't know for a fact that his shares sold, although I'd be very surprised if they didn't.

I don't know what his holdings are, and what percentage the 20M shares represented, and while I understand why you ask, the question, to me, is irrelevant. I don't care if it represents 1% or 100%, it was wrong, misleading and deceitful.

We'll see what happens.
