PEP-Buy on rumour.....
Hi Ginger,
I have bought the shares this morning due to the rumour about the
spin-off. The board is meeting today, and an announcement may
be immenent. WSJ broke the story this am and CNBC has confirmed it
as well. Pepsico broken up is worth more than what the combined
price is, and hence my entry into the stock, hope i am right. It seems
the resutaurant group has sales of some 11 billion dollars and
some 400 million in profits.does any one know what the break up value of the company is per share. I am hoping it is worth more than the current $34 or 35 per share. Let's hope we all can make little money
here.

ciao.
