Well, I am also technically oriented but you did not ask for technical information. I am already long this stock. Technically nothing much is happening....it has been going sideways for months. However, some significant events have occured...for example, when the last quarterly earnings were announced--which were terrible--the stock did not go down. I thought this was significant. How many Nasdaq small cap stocks that announce bad earnings do not go down? This indicated to me that all of the sellers had sold. Secondly, the largest insider after the CEO quadrupled his stake purchasing hundreds of thousands of shares. Most of these were bought between 6-8. Lastly, compare the recent carnage in comparable companies (IMNT, MCSY, HCIA etc.). Once again, qsii is not going down. In this environment this is good technical action.
