Stephen - Hope you are still monitoring this post. Anyway, late Friday I tried to buy 2k shares of ABN at the "offer" price, 4 1/2.
They would only fill 1,200, then moved the price to 4 11/16 on a 100 share transaction at the close. This may not mean anything, but it seems somewhat encouraging to me. Usually, if I put an order in for a few thousand shares of a cheap stock, I only get filled if the stock is going lower.
