No news released yet. The earnings release is due about today, but I doubt that would cause this swing. Could be another rumor about a takeover, though I have not been able to find it. Of course the fact that the stock is cheap and its performance has been a disaster gives some plausibility to such a rumor.

The only fact I can add to this is that LOEH was well bid yesterday as buyers edged in and today a block of about 100,000 was purchased within minutes of the open at 3 3/4.
