I have the same option as you do. Hence my strong consideration. Did a little research in their prospectus and see that the trailing earning from 6/97 are about $.44. They will have roughly 11 million shares outstanding. Sales have been kind of flat, except for the recent strength these last six months. Whether it will continue or not is anyone's guess.

I believe they will be listed on the NYSE with the ticker BXH. JS
