after talking with Robert Young at 1-800-6380959 who is in charge
of corporate development..he has helped clarify the goings on currently with the company..hope I got it right this time...
first they expect the financing to be completed in a couple of weeks
they are debt free currently and the one million financing will pay
for advertising and marketing..
the head of the corporation owns over fifty percent of the stock..
there are employee options..there are set at fifty cents and are up
in front of the commission right now tosee if they can reset them at thirty cents..
from the date Mr. John Dougherty has taken over the company..he
used to own his own national brokerage firm..he has inputted over
900,000 dollars to clean up the "mess" the old management has made
because of the strength of the product.
today without a sales forth they generated nine to ten thousand dollar
cash flow from new orders..Dow Corning has ordered from them a second
time..the Royal Bank of Canada after evaluating it in their in house
programs has purchased some.and might order a large amount
Ford Motor and Chrsyler and some insurance companies are currently evaluating their product now...they are up in front of a lot of corporations..
also have a contract with informative multimedia to advertise the
product..
they are registered at Disneyland trade show week of the twentieth.
