Hunter, Here's some news I found surfing the net.

Erawest Inc.(Dynamic Bell) (OTC:ERAW)

Description: The company Era-West Inc. through its subsidary "Dynamic Bell" provides long distance service throughout
Australia and New Zealand. With the occurrence of complete telecommunications deregulation in Australia, the Australian
tele-com market is worth in excess of twenty billion dollars per annum. Dynamic Bell(www.dynamicbell.com.au/) has been
capitalizing on this oppurtunity to provide service to the local call market. This market is valued at ten billion dollars per
annum, which further enhances the complete package that Dynamic Bell offers. Dynamic Bell is also the exclusive Australian
distributor of Net2Phone, a cutting edge software that allows calls from computers to telephones. A deal in recent weeks with
Telecom Corporation of New Zealand (NYSE:NZT) will allow Dynamic Bell to provide its long distance service in New
Zealand. That deal alone is expected to increase 1998 revenues of Erawest by an additional 100 million and earnings by 10
million dollars. The company has 9,900,000 shares outstanding and is expected to earn 1.25 per share that would make it a 18
to 20 dollar stock. The stock today 07/24/97 closed at 8 3/8. The company went public on May 22, 1997 and opened for
trading at $7.00 a share. I hold a nice position in this stock and have researched this information closely. If I can be of any
more help to future investors about additional info about the company please feel free to contact me at, by E-Mail:(
