Subject: I just talked with the CEO. On the phone with the company right now. All shares being issued are Rule 144 restricted for a min. of 1 year legend. This does not dilute the present shareholder base. OVIS is now filing to go to AMEX. We will get a 1 share for 1 share deal when this happens, and the company plans on trading on $4 or more when we move to that exchange. A new class of stock is being issued to use, and all shares shorted must be covered before or when we move to AMEX. A win-Win situation for us present shareholders. The MM's and shorts now this and tried to hammer the stock. I still own every share I ever bought of OVIS This merger does not have to be approved because Washington State does not require it...
