Hedy, my best suggestion would be to email the broker whose name appears on the web site, MrOshinsky@aol.com, or the company itself; when I emailed the company for information about the stock on their website, that's what they suggested as well. This was not an IPO, but instead a private offering of shares by the company themselves. Thomas Green Securities acted as their agent. TGS Securites is listed on the FutureTrak website under links.
