Island-Arc Resources Corporation - 200,000 special warrants at $0.50 Island-Arc Resources Corporation IAR Shares issued 6993285 1997-07-16 close $0.48 Friday Jul 18 1997 The VSE has accepted for filing a non-brokered private placement of 200,000 special warrants at $0.50. Each special warrant will be exchangeable, at no additional cost, into one share and one warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.50 in the first year and at $0.575 in the second. There are no penalties or bonuses payable to the placees if the company does not qualify the special warrants with a prospectus. The placees are Randy Butchard 60,000; A. Murray Sinclair 25,000; Brian Bayley 25,000; and five others.
