Genisys Reservation Systems, Inc. and the TranspoNet Companies, Inc. Announce Strategic Partnership
UNION, N.J., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Genisys Reservation Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: GENS) and the TranspoNet Companies, Inc. announced a contractual agreement to fully automate the limousine booking process from the "CRS" (Computer Reservation System) directly into the Back Office Systems of Service Providers. Under this agreement technology has been developed which channels the limousine reservation from Corporate Travel Agents directly into the dispatch systems of contracted Service Providers.
Using Genisys and TranspoNet software, Service Provider order entry and associated costly errors are eliminated thereby improving productivity and reducing cost. Corporate customers are connected to the Genisys/TranspoNet system through the "CRS" and directly to the back office systems of Ground Transportation Service Providers using an existing TranspoNet product.
