Doug: There's approximately 6 million shares outstanding. I'm not sure of the float. 2 to 3 million I think. Financials avail next week. I will post. They really do care about shareholder value. Doug Swanson, Vice Chairman, and Greg Johnson Pres, two of the friendliest and forthcoming execs you'll run into. Always take calls, if can. As for ads and hits. They get in excess of 10 million hits per month. But their income primarily comes from specialized advertisers in the real estate business. They get good income from mtge lead referrals & transaction fees if an applicant obtains a mtge from E-Loan. Same for title insurance. Referral and transaction income. They will begin to derive income as well from a service that performs comparable value services for homes in the area of what a prospect may be looking to buy. This service was just announced this past week. Fairly significant income is expected to be derived there as well. They also have a joint venture with IBM where the site database and productivity software tools for realtors are pre-loaded into a turnkey Aptiva for agents. Expect big things. Stay in touch.
