If the Dave Mammal was the guy the SEC was referring to on TV today, (and I think he was) Dave made about 1.5 million bucks on that scam, and settled with the SEC for an undisclosed amount and no jail time. Not exactly a huge deterrent... Too bad. I want some of these guys to go to jail. cOUSIN SHORTY wants to gut 'em, BBQ their butts "Texas Style" and chow down. I wouldn't touch that meat myself, but my cousin is out of control.
