Ron Como (PR - listed on press release) informed me on Friday afternoon that there are 60,000,000 shares outstanding - Herb Lindo owns 29%. Need to look at the SEC filing for financials, etc, when they are available on EDGAR. Most likely, KENS is working on contracts that will provide bankable collateral.
