Joan, Glad to see you at our new digs. Yes thar is gold in them thar internets. I will confess my sin now so I can start the new year right.
A few days before the AOL/S&P news, I bought a mega amount of AOL @ 92 1/4. I'd sell now but facts are I've never sold a share of AOL that I didn't later regret. This stock is going much higher in the new year and I'm in cheap (for a internet bluechip). I bought AOL after finding out Mike McIdiot does not work for AOL (he only rents board space).
I've put together a list of where nets are likely to go on a major pull back, let me know if you want the info. Also to pay for my AOL sin, I shall post some interesting research on internets. It amazes me how many "experts" on CNBC are clueless when it comes to internets and investing in them.
The Kernan effect on the unproven internets is no less then amazing. Skymall? Oh, please. As someone who has flown a few million miles, I got to tell you I have NEVER bought anything from a catalog on a jet. Also, I don't plan on looking at the internet site. If I view their site then I won't be surprised at the high priced, mostly useless items I see when I pass time looking at a catalog on a plane. BLUE
