Your second example is the one I have attention on. If you check on the first link in the header, you will see one side of the argument. If it happens, somebody will pay, and I remember who paid the last time somebody in Washington said "tax"... I should have mentioned in the header that I don't want to argue about whether or not it will happen, I think it will. All I really want to know is how I can make money off it. Like if there is billing, who has figured out how to do it? What is the model? That's the stuff I'd like to know about.
