I guess the first fact that needs to be established is exactly how do we go about getting rid of Wilson? Do we need to vote in our own board members first who in turn would vote him out? Can someone shed some light on the legalities of this idea. If we don't know exactly what we can or can't do then there is no point in wasting our time trying to do something that may not be doable. So in other words:

Step One: Determine what the rules are to go about getting a new CEO.
