MM, I sent a letter (email) of complaint to the SEC, listing URLS, sequence of events, players, etc. This was before the reverse split information came out. I agree that the RS adds yet one more big warning flag to the whole situation. I encourage others to write the SEC (information on how to do this is at their website) about their suspicions with this company. They actually use SEXI as an example of small stock manipulation!
