ISTM is a OTC-BB stock, but they do appear to file with the SEC, check EDGAR:

sec.gov

There is a complicated story that I don't fully understand (bankruptcy of LVL, reverse merger into public shell) that resulted in the birth of I-Storm around July 1998.

Financial information is sketchy, but I understand they have recently raised $5-10 million in a private placement, and now meet the minimum capitalization requirements, float, and stock price for NASDAQ, so I would expect them to be on NASDAQ within 90 days.
