Omnicare Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
COVINGTON, Ky., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE: OCR - news) today has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 2.25 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable September 10, 1999 to stockholders of record August 27, 1999.
