ICICI Bank, Satyam Info join hands to set up online venture Santosh Tiwary New Delhi, December 15: In a a huge fillip to Internet banking in the country, ICICI Bank and Satyam Infoway has set up a joint-venture company for online distribution of retail banking products and services on the Internet. The memorandum of understanding was signed in Delhi on Wednesday by ICICI Bank managing director and CEO HN Sinor and Satyam Infoway managing director R Ramraj. Announcing the venture at a press conference, ICICI managing director and CEO KV Kamath said "multiple channel banking is the future and we want to be the first on this channel".
