SI classified it into Web/Information category, and it is also a niche player of utilizing high tech in a very promising field. Should expect at least 100% premium.

It also appears to be an ideal acquisition target. All major pharm companies are anxious about improving component screening technology. BMY, PFE are leaders in these area and other drug makers are assiduously catching up. CLPR would benefit significantly from the merger waves in pharm industry.
