I figure that NGCO would not have pursued this lawsuit for two whole years (I wonder what the legal bills are!) unless they had a pretty solid case. I have heard that judges almost always give the plaintiff a big edge in trial for that very reason - if they didn't have a case they wouldn't go all the way to court. Personally I'm hoping this goes right down to the wire; with that much money at stake, a win would be enormous for Nova. GP6
