Walter .... Richard I think the waiting is over talked to Jim this afternoon and he was assured the deal will be signed this week and the release will be out next week.I think it is time to load up again.As far as he was concerned and with two round trips via lawyers it's a done deal.Look for this baby too grow quickly.
