Kris: This is not an easy question to answer. Its subsidaries include Selectel, Select Switch, and Tecom. Each subsidary performs a differrent function for the shell-Xecom. Xecom touts itself as a "single" source of communications integration. Their main focus seems to be military bases, universities, and hotels. They are consistently adding big name customers within these sectors. They have strategic alliances with AT&T, Amstar Communications, GTE, and Sprint to name a few. 1995 revenues for Selectel:
Q1 = R+1.2M ; P(38K) Q2 = R+1.4M ; PBT +15K Q2 = R+2.5M ; PBT +671K Q4 = Only info. I can find is that from 6/30/95 to 12/30/95, assets increased from 1.2M to 5.3M (442%), and projected R+8M ;PBT 1.3M
I hope this info. helps. For more detailed info., I suggest contacting Xecom directly at 714-438-8000. Or write 125 E. Baker, Suite #102 West, Costa Mesa, Ca. 92626. By the way, I put a bid at 1.656 today and it did not fly. I hope to buy at this level soon, if possible. |
