Any idea what is driving the upward momentum on this stock?

The court case is old news. The fact there was no fallout for the company clears a big cloud from this company. Though undervalued compare to its peers (KCP, VANS, SKX), I am wondering what is driving this stock in light of weakening consumer demand in a slowing economy.
