Jane: In an article profiling Charlotte Walker,CEO, in March(a local San Jose paper), the owner of the company said that Charlotte's job was to raise the share price and help sell the company. The same article listed Charlotte's credentials as having been the CEO of a another software company briefly, saved it from bankruptcy, and sold it. Total speculation for takeover: Electronic Arts is right down the street in San Mateo, CA. The above is all public knowledge. I've been following the stock VERY closely for over 1 year. During this period, I've also made certain contacts that keep me more up to date than the general public(can't explain more!). Also, see my SWMCF-Making a comeback this week forum below.
