Cary go to the Wall Street Journal Interactive at wsj.com You'll have to register to get in. Its free till the end of July. And may be the only thing on the Internet that I would pay extra for, although its quite sluggish at this point. Once there click on "QUOTES" and the "BRIEFING BOOK" and then type in DLNK. It'll give you all kinds of info on DLNK. Good Luck
