Frank:
Thanks for your response on your CAT PICKS board.
I really do like this little company for a potential big win down the road. My main concern is if the J&J's and Amgen's decide to get nasty. They could crush it in a heartbeat.
However, the concept is really interesting. EPO is a great product that saves blood transfusions and is the biggest biotech drug made. Their plan to get production ramped up and selling in China has enabled them to get the kinks out before they try to sell in Europe in 2004-5 range when the patent runs out there. I have been a little concerned that they have not been ramping up sales since their initial capture of a big part of the China market, but they seem to be making plenty of licensing deals around the third world. They also had a big bulk order for "research." I am not sure what this is about, but it may represent other opportunity as well.
Once they can get into the generic sales in the west, they could easily go to several hundred million in sales.

I am also interested in the new CEO who actually has experience with big western pharma. That hopefully is a big plus.

Much of these thoughts are ifs, however, they are close to break even, have a steady flow of sales, and a stated plan for more products. It will be interesting to watch. I think that I am done buying for now, but plan on holding for quite a while.
