I do not believe that these votes should be thrown out. However, everyone who committed this felony or conspired to commit this felony should be brought to justice.

The appropriate action would be for the Florida Statewide Prosecutor's office to commence an investigation and to then open a grand jury on the issue.

What the republican operatives did in Seminole was more than a foot-fault: It was a felony punishable by a minimum of one year in jail.
