I like a game called Wise and OtherWise. You are given a portion of a an old saying or cliche and then one person writes the real ending and the rest of the group each make up the ending. You win points by determing who is telling the truth.

The other game I like is called Perudo. Each player gets several dice and then they go around the circle calling out what numbers have landed face up in sequence starting from one. If you don't have the next number in sequence you bluff but if you get called on the bluff you lose that round. It's based on a popular game played in Peru.

And of course Cranium is fun. It combines several types of games including triva, charades, and a clay version of pictionary.
