It appears that there is nowhere on the Internet that explains what these markets actually are or how trades actually work. At least, I have yet to find anything. All I have found is a bunch of brokers that are set up to "help" somebody by executing their trades. This is typical. Most dealers don't want their clients to understand how things work, because when they find out, they stop being clients.
