The Reversal Sell pattern is the short setup variation of the Pullback buy. It forms the basis for close to 2/3 of the short trades I take on the daily and almost all of the short trades I take intraday. The Reversal Sell pattern occurs when, in the context of an overall downtrend, a stock shows higher highs and lows over 3 to 8 bars. When the rally ends and a prior low is taken out, shorting opportunities are presented for traders.
