Did CIND issue or will issue more stocks to raise capital? Look at CHRB and CHNA. They both issued millions and millions of stocks through Reg S. The outstanding shares are diluted by more than 350% and 250% for CHRB and CHNA, respectively. How about CIND? Any info about this? I believe market is efficent. George
