| Sensytech, Inc. Receives Contract Award Valued at $9.1M for Engineering and Production of the MIL-ADF Antenna Assembly NEWINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 27, 2002--Sensytech, Inc. (Nasdaq:STST - news), today announced that it has recently received a contract award valued at $9.1M for engineering, first article testing, and subsequent production of up to 64 submarine antenna assemblies.
 
 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport is the client. The initial funding of $1.3M is for the engineering and production of two first article test units. Production is expected to begin in fiscal year 2003 and extend through fiscal year 2007. The engineering and production is planned to be performed in the Newington, Virginia, facilities.
