Berman agreed to diversify the services and revenues of the Company's Biology Division by deploying proprietary intellectual properties. Berman brings years of experience and talent in regulatory compliance and business to the biology efforts of Qbit. The agreement is posted in Qbit's Shareholder's Group (www.quantumbit.com/html/shareholdergroup.html). The statements in this press release are not forward looking. Anyone considering Qbit common share ownership should first understand the Company. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Contact: QuantumBit Induction Technology Inc., Houston Peter McCain, 713-784-7132 or Ellis Gibson, 713-784-7132

and From Website:
Qbit owns Physical Therapy Associates ("PTA"). PTA is a physical therapy clinic that delivers a number of treatments to patients including electromedicine therapies.
Qbit has recently learned from our Neural Internode Project that transcranial iontophoresis of neurological medicines will likely enhance their effectiveness when administered with modulated iontophoresis signals. Particularly, Alzheimer's medicine delivered in this way should prove more therapeutically useful.
Qbit is excited because all of the necessary materials, equipment, and therapies are already approved for use in the US. Moreover, Qbit's unique combinatorial delivery of the therapies is likely reimbursable by most insurance and Medicare. Qbit is moving in the shortest path to additional revenue for the company with this effort. We hope to be informing you of our therapeutic and business successes soon.
There are a number of other therapies for which Qbit's combinatorial therapy should be very useful. Qbit also has plans to deploy improvements to electrical stimulators used at PTA. Qbit's Stimulated Remission MRI Project is also very synergistic to PTA. For the near term, please hope with us that Qbit's drive toward additional revenue on transcranial iontophoretic Alzheimer's therapy is fruitful.
