That's a good example of just how treacherous the market is. We all know that here on SI and a lot of Americans do too. I believe that the whole idea is just a way to have another huge stock market rally from the cash infusion which Bush's super rich buddies who own and control the exchanges know just how to benefit from. And it would leave the elderly destitute in their retirement.
