It is aggravating that SI management has decided to convert so many Lifetime memberships to Veteran status, appears to be a problem with records prior to 1998. I did receive a PM assuring me they were not going to require us to pay for a second lifetime membership in order to remain members, at least.
When I paid the fee back in 1997 I do remember wondering, 'How long will this site even be around.'
At least they are still alive and kicking.
But they do have a lot of new competition out there.. one of which, Twitter, has it's IPO tomorrow.
