If you were (or are) smart you will dollar cost average down at these levels, and be patient, instead of calling this great company a dog. If you buy enough shares, you can make good money on just a few dollars price appreciation. PCS handset sales will be huge in 1997, and so will digital 800 MHz cellular handsets. The 800 MHz handsets will still allow the subscriber to roam outside the digital-only coverage area by switching over to the analog system. I think you will see lots of people switching over to digital 800 MHz cellular, if the operators help subsidize the phones (which they already do anyway for analog phones).
