Ron and Roy:

I agree with your liking PNC and hope it will meet a similar fate as
Boatmen's. For the record they will be paying a dividend 10/24 for those on record as of 10/15. This represents an increase to .37/sh
vs. .35 previously. Almost 5% for sitting around awaiting capital
gains.
