Very good, now I know of TWO others who have heard of this company, and ONE other who actually OWNS it!

The stock is pushing its all-time high for the 4th time here and cannot seem to push on through!

Sierra is one of the leading software game manufacturers and perhaps the biggest in CD ROM games. I originally bought SIER when they formed their Online Game Network with AT&T 4 years ago. They have since sold their share to AT&T and continue to explode in the CD-ROM sector. I played SIER perhaps 4-5 times since then, and have been holding this time for about 10 months (my longest).

The stategy and growth from this merger Davidson-Sierra-CUC will certainly be interesting and the reason I did not sell my SIER back in February when the 52-week high was reached after the merger. Although I wish I had and bought back when it sunk in May!

Any info on CUC's stategy for operating the 3 different companies? Will they incorporate under one umbrella, or allow them to run as separate entities reporting to headquarters?

Anything you have on CUC or the new CUC would be most helpful!
