I have asked for an investor package and some information about their view of the prospects for SDRAM and future of the syncLink SLDRAM project they're working on.

They seem to stand out as a memory company which is making money. :- )
Maybe that's because they don't have a FAB, but do have good designs. But I was certainly under the impression that they had a FAB of their own.
