When 3-D was traded on the Vancouver exchange, it was financially backed by a group who, let's say, uh...didn't exactly have the panache of Morgan Stanley. The jungle cat with a heart that backed 3-D I was told was a group that you wouldn't exactly want to owe money to. for 3-D's sake, all ties to this group and their people have hopefully been severed. Under no circumstances will I say more about that, but I was following 3-D long ago even before it was traded here in the US.
