Tom,

What is your gut feeling on this one. Do you think they will receive approval and it will happen within the next month. Also, I heard that the company has a stock buyback plan in place in case the price dips before the approval. This was confirmed by Connie in IR at BLUD. Do you know anything about it and at what price they will buy?

Any insight would be greatly appreciate.
