HELL NO! Couldn't touch it. I had a limit order in for $25 all morning.
It was ridiculous it took off like that on the open. I knew it would, but not that high. I couldn't come close all day.
As far how to get in on IPO's.....I have DLJ Direct, which was one of the underwriters of the IPO. You have to: 1) have an account with one of the firms offering the IPO, and 2) DLJ demands that you have an account holding a minimum of $100,000 in order to qualify to participate in the initial offering. If you qualify, you have to order a prospectus, and/or download it online and signify that you've read it and understand the parameters and risk involved.

My accounts only 6 figures if you count AFTER the decimal point too!
