YOYO, I'm a bit out of touch with REIT's, that's why I stopped by, but a while back I was interested in two Cohen and Steers funds, CSRSX (open end) and RFI (closed end). I made good profit with a well timed (as in lucky) short term foray into RFI. A third REIT mutual that was really hot is CGMRX. You might want to check 'em out. Anybody here have any opinions on my former faves? I'd like to hear 'em. Alski
